There are a lot of giveaways now during the holiday season and many more on the way. Below you will see a few announcements about upcoming events that you can join as a joint venture partner. I encourage you to do so. Joining these events and promoting them is one of the best ways there is to build your list till its large enough to allow you to do ad swaps. In my case I primarily relied on giveaways until my list was about 1500 people strong. This initial list building took time, but by consistent participation in events (and other tactics like pay per click advertising, article marketing and blogging) I got to the point where I was able to do swaps. That exploded my list, but if you are new, the fastest (inexpensive) approach are these giveaways.
And while my primary tactic for my personal list growth is now ad swaps, I still do giveaways and other tactics as well. Because building a list is my number one strategy to making money online.
Since there are so many new posts today, I am copying the following post I made earlier about the Greedy Giveaway. I hate the name, but it is the best currently open giveaway, with a lot of great contributions from some top notch marketers. If you are looking for some tools, or insights into how this internet business thing works you will likely find it here.
Jason James has opened the Fifth edition of the Greedy Giveaway for downloads.
As with almost all Giveaway events, when you first arrive at the site you will be offered a one time offer which is not free. If you like the offer, and I can assure you they are usually great deals, go ahead and buy it. If its not what you need at the moment just scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a link that says in essence, no thanks to the offer. When you click on that you will be taken inside where you can get all the freebies, and there are a lot of quality items in this event.
Another tip, you may be offered a chance to upgrade your membership. The biggest advantage to upgrading is that you can download the gifts without having to opt in to everyone’s list. The best benefit of that is being able to download gifts much faster, and of course getting fewer emails in the future.

Do you know when that particular giveaway starts and ends? Do you know the actual dates for those?
19 December 2009, 10:20 am
Sometimes I forget to put the dates down, sometimes the sponsors neglect to put it up on their own promo materials, or once you sign up, you can no longer access the home page. But if you click on any of he banners and go to their sites, it will usually show on the very first page.
